Now two weeks into the Vincentia road project we have finalized our floor plan and can begin to really appreciate how opening a few walls can provide a more spacious and flowing experience. We have decided to convert the existing bonus room into a second master suite. Additional glass sliding doors will expose the new pool and spa to both the main living area and the new master. When complete, this home will have four bedrooms and three bathrooms in a split floor plan configuration with a master suite, one on each end of the house. Excavation for the swimming pool will begin next week and providing city permits are approved, we will begin framing out the additional spaces.
