Richard Owens by far is the best agent we have dealt with. If we could give 10 stars, we would. We have not only bought and sold several houses of our own but have invested in real estate as well so we have extensive experience with multiple agents over the years. We were an hour away from this property and remodeled this home. There were several times that Richard made himself available for appointments we could not make. He also was the most responsive agent we have had in that he was always available and returned calls and all communications immediately. He went above and beyond in his efforts and looked out for our interests. He is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market and a consummate professional. We highly recommend him and will use his services exclusively for all or our future real estate needs.
